Once i get the pokemon on the gts, how do i start from the begining with just those pokemon with no other data?

What I did was get to Goldenrod with just Bayleaf and Togepi, avoiding as many trainers as possible... Then, once I had six eggs, I back tracked to Cherrygrove city with Bayleaf in the front of my party. Switched out Bayleaf for Togepi, get the damn everstone, and then put Togepi in the PC and have all the GTS Pokemon in my party.
LEVEL GRIND.
And then, once I made my way back to Goldenrod, I put Bayleaf and Togepi in the Daycare, never to see them again.
TL;DR
There is no way to wipe previous data, you have to backtrack.
