Are the nature-named Dittos that are typically distributed foreign/will they work for Masuda's method? I know during the roulette, Francis distributes foreign Dittos, but I'm not sure if these are the ones.

iirc they're normal ditto's made for normal breeding purposes(hence the everstone they hold)

All the ditto's on the GTS are Japanese and can be used for Matsuda method.
