I'm gonna download this when I get back home, If you have Team Fortress 2 there's an achievement in it that unlocks a parasite hat in TF2. Looks pretty cool.

Downloaded it yesterday, played the whole campaign with a few friends all in the same room, i suggest you do the same because its a real challenge, especially with a computer that cant handle the "Slow Motion" parts, aka the parts where if your comp cant handle it you just lag really really bad. But otherwise it is a great game, for the wonderful price of Free
