Help on Setting Up a Monotype Team~

So. At this school event, my class will be hosting a Pokémon League. (Eight gym leaders, four elite four, and a champion if he stops being an ass.) I was selected to be one of the gym leaders, so I picked Psychic. Problem is, I only have four of the required five Pokémon. I've never actually done a monotype team before, so could you guys help me come up with a final party member, please? =)

These people are just casual players, so I left out some of the more competitive stuff.
