King's Rock is not banned. Luck-based items, such as Quick Claw, are allowed. Quick Question: Will all battles be conducted as Singles or can we do Doubles? All battles will be singles. |

I have a question. Froslass has Snow Cloak as her ability so if I use her would the Evasion Clause mean that I can't use hail? oh also is Destiny Bond banned under the OHKO Clause?

Snow cloak is a passive, its not banned since it is so, mainly it means like a blissy constantly using Minimize or something like that, so you can use hail i do believe, and Destiny Bond isnt banned but you cant use it if you are using it on the last pokemon causing there to be a tie, you would lose due to doing so by a technicality. |

blissy constantly using Minimize. If it were allowed, I'm pretty sure I would just make sure every pokemon I used knew stomp =D Yay for awkward subtitles in pokemon~ |

so...64 slots, I think near a hundred people have tried to sign up. Are the slots being increased, or is sign up closed?
