I know the Lugia from Gale Of Darkness isn't shiny but I want a Lugia closest to Shadow Lugia as possible. I'm unsure if you can get Shadow Lugia or not because some say you can and some say you can't.

I can release the purified Lugia from XD: Gale of Darkness, if that is acceptable. It has the same moveset and is legal, but it is physically unchanged from a normal Lugia.
